Koldo Royo X Dos Perellons Gin

One night in the summer of 2018, two friends, both master craftsmen, one a culinary expert and the other an alchemist, drinking a Gin and Tonic, on a terrace in the center of the city of Palma, they discuss how they could take advantage of their long professional experience to unite these two professions and the result has been to “cook” this unique Gin based on juniper, citrus and spiced with saffron grown on the island of Mallorca, very typical in Mallorcan gastronomy.
